The menu bar now includes quick controls: open a file picker with ⇧⌘O, and adjust clipboard behavior inline. On Copy mode (Compress / Convert / Compress & Convert), Target Format, and Auto-Copy Result are nested under the Optimize Clipboard toggle and stay in sync with Settings.

Fixed an infinite loop where Auto-Copy would re-process the file Picmal had just placed on the clipboard, stacking overlay entries and re-running compression.

Fixed .jpeg files producing a sibling .jpg instead of overwriting (or preserving the source extension) on both compress and convert. Same-format operations now keep the input’s on-disk extension, so .jpeg, .tif, and similar aliases stay consistent.
